• Non-refundable 30% deposit of the total Invoice is required upon confirmation of the booking
• 100% payment of the total Invoice is required 28 days to the date of arrival
• Any cancellation 60 days to your date of arrival leads to 65% refund of the total Invoice
• Any cancellation 45 days to your date of arrival leads to 45% refund of the total Invoice
• Any cancellation 30 days to your date of arrival leads to 25% refund of the total Invoice
• Any cancellation 15 days to your date of arrival leads to no refund of the total Invoice
• With any changes regarded by the customer within 15 days of arrival is appreciated.
• The ownership of East African bush safaris will however take the bookings to another
date of travelling for the same guests, or other guests may use it future depending on
availability
• Any changes regarded by the customer should be received not less than 15 days to the expected date of service.
• The provisional bookings are only valid for 14 days
• The above rates are inclusive of government taxes
